Acrobat Organizer - how to share my collections with other users?

I would like to create collections in organizer that can be accessed and worked on by other Acrobat 9 pro users on our network. Is that possible?

If not, what would be the correct software to be using? Basically we need to be able to manage a library of pdf files, combining them in different ways and outputting as single pdf presentations.

That would mean other individuals would have remote access to your local machine. Typically, that is full access - Not really all that desirable.

Perhaps you could assemble a PDF Portfolio. Place it out on a network share.
