I would like to create collections in organizer that can be accessed and worked on by other Acrobat 9 pro users on our network. Is that possible?
If not, what would be the correct software to be using? Basically we need to be able to manage a library of pdf files, combining them in different ways and outputting as single pdf presentations.
Perhaps you could assemble a PDF Portfolio. Place it out on a network share.
