When I try to open a pdf > 6 mb Acrobat Reader freezes and I have to stop it .. any solution??

Does this only happen with large PDFs? What version of Windows are you using? Have you cleaned up your .tmp files recently?

Ik use windows 7, last version including updates, and have recently dumped all tmp files..

Does this problem still occur if you uncheck "Show large images" under Edit > Preferences > Page Display?
