Hi

I am trying to get to grips with the programme and in particular want to find out how I might reformat extracted pages by chapter so that I can move text and objects up the page in the place of the end of previous chapters, thus creating as many whole pages as possible. I have tried to no avail to do this, having OCR converted the whole pdf document which included renderable text.

I hope this is clear enough but can post a link to a sample pdf needed.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks

Julian

You can't really edit PDF files in this way. You need to edit the original file, and then re-create the PDF.
Or you can export the PDF to a different format, like a Word document, edit it, and then create a new PDF from that.

Thanks very much for this. It is pretty much what I had guessed but thought I would ask.

Kind regards
