Acrobat X - Is there a way to undock Bookmarks/Thumbnails navigation menus for side by side viewing?

If this can be done, it's probably a really simple task, but for the life of me I can't seem to find in Acrobat X to get what I want.

What I'd like is to view the bookmarks and page thumbnails screens side-by side. In essence I'd like to undock one or the other from their navigation menu so that I could set up something that looks like:

Bookmarks | Page Thumbnails | PDF I'm looking at | Tools/Comment/Share

Does anyone know a way to do this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It's not possible to undock anything in Acrobat X, and the navigation side panes have never been undockable.

It used to be possible in Acrobat 8 standard. Just drag the navigation pane icon to anywhere on the document. This function seems to have been lost in Acrobat X, and I also need it. It's a great help when you have to slip-sheet a 2000 page document for duplex printing.

Actually it was possible to undock or float the navigation panes in Acrobat 9 too, but it's no longer possible in version X.
