I currently have version 6.0.6 and am trying to download the next version/fix of 7.0.0 but there only seems to be a Swedish version. If I try to download 7.0.1 it tells me I need to download 7.0.0 first. Help!

Acrobat 6.x and Acrobat 7.x are different versions. There is no "update" path from one version to another ("Updates" being the free Acrobat updates for a specific version).
There is an "upgrade" path available ("Upgrades" have to be purchased).
From the Acrobat 6.x versions there is an upgrade path to Acrobat 9.x (9.x is the current version - As with any software house, Adobe only sells the current version)
Acrobat 6.x Elements goes to Acrobat 9 Standard (Windows only) Acrobat 6.x Standard goes to Acrobat 9 Standard (Windows only) or Acrobat 9 Pro (Windows/Mac OS) Acrobat 6.x Pro goes to Acrobat 9 Pro (Windows/Mac OS) or Acrobat 9 Pro Extended (Windows only)
