we're in the midst of going paperless and are using fujitsu scanners w/adobe 9 to process our info to digital. Having major issues with adobe crashing - we clear the history but adobe continues to crash. Have probably scanner 60,000+ pages at this point. Any ideas?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

What data transfer method are you using? "Memory Mode" or "Native Mode"? Memory mode scans directly to the computers memory. Native mode scans directly to file.

You might try changing this to see if it corrects the issue.

Yes, we use Native Mode. any other ideas? Our scanner is a Fujitsu 6130, we use the KOFAX twain software. It's become quite frustrating when adobe crashes - we lose all 300 pages just scanned. Do you know if there's a limit as to how many documents can be scanned at a time? And do you have to reset anything once you've scanned a certain amount?

The problem is with the KOFAX driver. I use Fujitsu's twain driver -- no issue. Give it a try. Contact Fujitsu support.

Did you update to the latest version? I think only version 9.2 is officially compatible with Windows 7.
