Adobe Reader X.. How to combine many documents into a single PDF file called a binder?

Can anybody explain how to do this in the new Adobe reader X.....
 
In the past ive just highlighted the individual files in powerdesk (or explorer) then right clicked.. that gave me the option to "combine"...
 
Im hoping its just a coinfiguration thing i need to do.

Combining documents is an Acrobat feature, not Reader.
