Attach to Email doesnt open MS OL 'New Message'

Windows 7, MS Outlook 2007 and Adobe Reader X.

I have opened a PDF file from web application.
So, PDF file is downloaded to TEMP folder and opened with Adobe Reader.

When I click Attach to Email button in Adobe Reader, it doesnt open New Message with my PDF file attached. Nothing, no error message.
This occurs if Outlook 2007 is currently opened.
If OL is closed, it works!

I've checked the 'Default Programs' section in Control Panel...
MS Outlook is default email program and set for MAPI.

I also tried Adobe Reader 9.4 - same problem.

My Product Information:
Reader, Windows

There is a known issue with the Acrobat 9.4.2 update, where the Attach to Email Function no longer works. You'll need to follow the solution posted in the link to the technical note.

OK, I read through that solution.
Using Windows Explorer, navigate to:
Computer\Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Acrobat (32-bit)

Adobe Reader X has a path C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 10.0\Reader
There is a file named 'Adobe.Reader.Dependencies.manifest'
But, in that file there's no such line containing atl.dll.

As I told, I also tried Reader 9.4.0 (not 9.4.2) and this one doesnt have manifest file at all.
But same problem.
Attach to Email doesnt do anything if Outlook is currently opened.
It doesnt crash, NO generic dialog box requesting you submit an error report to Microsoft

So, i suggested, that its a Win 7 problem with TEMP IE files folder.
I 'moved' temp files folder to the new location. Didn't fix it.

Any more ideas ?

Actionly, it is a problem with Temporary Internet Files folder.
I moved that to the new location (C:\test) within IE settings.
But it made a subfolder: C:\test\Temporary Internet Files
Of course, the folder is hidden, read-only and 'untrusted'.
If you try to open the folder, you'll get a security warning.

Just try to open your Temporary Internet Files folder in Windows XP... no warning, huh?

Solutions:
Add your Temporary Internet Files folder to the Trusted Sites list...
Or save your pdf file to another location and open it from there.
Then, use the Attach to Email button. No problems.
