How do I attach fonts to Acrobat out of Adobe InDesign?

The Export feature in InDesign will bring you through a dialog that can embed the fonts. For additional detail, check out the InDesign Help at:

Thank You for your reply. I did a 200 pg publication so i had to make the pdf as small as possible to get it thru the email and so they were saying the fonts were different. This was a while back. And yes I was exporting to pdf.

Sounds like you used an Export setting in InDesign that didn't embed the fonts in a effort to reduce the file size. Next, time try using either an existing setting or new setting that embeds all your fonts. The file size will naturally be larger but it will print as expected.
