I was wondering if there is any way to change the default colour and opacity of the highlight tool. The bright yellow is a bit too intense for me when I have a lot of highlighting in a document. I've been able to change the colour as I apply the highlighting by going to the colour-picker, but I haven't managed to find a way to set the default so that I don't need to fiddle with it every time.

Here is what I do.

After adding a highlight comment in a document I right click on the comment and select Properties. After setting the properties of the comment to the colour I want to use all of the time (and any other properties) there is a check box at the bottom of the properties dialog that says Make Properties Default. There is also an item when you right click the highlight comment that says Make Current Properties Default. I do the same with form fields and set the default on how I want certain form field types to look.

Thanks. That fixed it. I had actually already tried that without success. I must have messed something up the first time.
