Is there a tool out there that let's us check PDFs based on the following requirements:

The PDF must:
1. Be Acrobat 5 thru 8. Acrobat 9 files are NOT allowed.
2. Contains no bookmarks.
3. Contains no links.
4. Not use any security features.
5. Contains no printer's marks.
6. Contains no attachements or portfolios.
7. Contains no PostScript code.
8. All fonts are either embedded or subset.

Thanks.

Ira

Yes - that's what Acrobat Pro is for. You can run preflight checks against the document and look for any combination of properties.

I've looked at this. But I couldn't find an option to detect Acrobat 9 files.
