Due to a variety of miscommunications, I have a document which has been delivered as two files: Document "Even Pages" and Document "Odd Pages".

Is there any way to merge (collate) these two files into one properly ordered file?

I suppose if all else fails I'll append one to the other and do ALOT of manual reordering.

Thanks in Advance for any help.
