When you select the text you want to change, right mouse click and select "Properties". You then select the "Fill Color" option and in the bottom right hand corners is a box labeled "Other Color". Click on the "Other Color" and Window's color palette will appear and you can select your color by keying in the RGB color values or using the slider and cursor.
