I have a user that is trying to use the line tool in Acrobat 9 Pro but whenever she tries to move one end of the line to a different position, it seems to constrain the line movement in increments of roughly 20 degrees or so. When trying to extend the length of the line, it also seems to have 'preset' amounts that it extends in. I can't seem to find any settings that relate to this - I checked her Preferences under Measuring (2D) and Snap to 2D content has the same settings as my own, but hers doesn't work. It occurs on all PDF documents for her computer.
 
Any suggestions?

It could be that she has Snap to Grid activated: View > Snap to Grid
