When I receive a PDF file and I try to open it with Adobe 7.0, my computer freezes up. How do I get what I want?

2. Run Repair Acrobat Installation in the Help menu bar. Download any update.
3. Make sure your Windows OS is updated.
4. Check to see if Acrobat 7.0 is associated as the application to open PDF
4. Enable all Adobe add on in your web browser.
5. Run a virus scan on the PDF you're trying to open.
