We are new to Acrobat 8.0. We have been trying to copy/save a multipage (60 pages) table to Excel but are having no luck. We can select and "copy as table" one page at a time or a one-page document even though we have done "select all" and/or highlighted the data that we want to copy to table. It will allow us to "copy as table" one-page documents. Help.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8, Windows

If you want to copy data on several PDF pages, you need to view the file in a Scrolling Pages (or Single Page Continuous) view. Zoom out of the document so several pages are in view and drag the select tool though the text you want to copy. To copy all text in the document, click the Select tool in a block of text and press Ctrl/Command+A or select Edit > Select All.For copying tables you may need to copy the data and paste into MS Word where you can do a little editing before opening in Excel.

You also have an option to export all your test to an MS Word or RTF file. Again, you may need to first bring the text into Word before opening in Excel.
