Copying portions of PDF page & pasting on MS Word

I have upgraded to Acrobat 9 Pro [9.3.2] from Acrobat Standard 6. I find that using the Acrobat Professional 9's Tools, Select and Zoom, and Snapshot Tool to copy a portion of a PDF page, and then pasting into it into a Microsoft Word version 2007 file does not produce a visibly sharp image as I used to get using Acrobat Standard 6 -- the text and image is fuzzy. I am copying a table, and not simply text. What is the best way to copy a portion of a PDF page to paste onto another software such as Word? I am stumped!

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.3, Windows

Hi, josemart. You can use Snapshot tool to copy a portion of contents from PDF to Word, but it just a image, you could not edit anything. However, you can use Text tool to copy text to word and use Snapshot tool to copy image to word again, and then re-edit the format in word. This would be OK.

If you feel the operation is too comlicated, just refer to a free PDF to Word Converter, which can save all the elements in word automatically. Google as a good buddy would help you a lot. Of course, my signature suggest s a free one, you can check it out ^_^

I will try my best to help you in PDF converison fields, objectively and Neutral.

experiment with these basics: export to tiff [not jpeg] (300 dpi is okay); open in photoshop [elements is okay]; crop to taste; copy to clipboard; paste to target PDF; resize and position with touchup object tool.

also, experiment with a higher resolution for snapshot tool. see 'basic tools' settings at preferences [ctrl+K] > general.
