Custom toolbar & batch processing (Court Documents)

I was wondering if it is possible to create a custom toolbar that would enable me to perform certain functions with certain documents or groups of documents?

Example: Legal Filing

1.) Form(s) filled out
2.) Button clicked

Specific document or group of documents automatically saved with a sequential numbered file name, also converts the PDF forms to secured PDF's that can't be edited once saved, One copy of page 1 is printed, three copies of page 2 is printed with different headers/footers (court copy, customer copy, judges copy), three copies of page 3 is printed with different headers (court copy, customer copy, judges copy), etc

I would appreciate any assistance that can be provided.

You can do many of these things with javascript. Thom Parker has an article on how to create a toolbar button that applies security on demand at:

There are also predefined batch sequences for watermarking and printing documents, which can be copied and modified as necessary. In Acrobat 8 Pro. these sequences can be accessed at Advanced--> Document Processing --> Batch Processing.
