DISPLAY ONE SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT IN TWO MONITORS

I can't believe that no one before has asked this question, but:

I have two monitors, A and B, one next to the other, in portrait position (vertical). I need to open a pdf document in acrobat reader or acrobat pro so that I can view 2 pages at a time, each page on a separate monitor side by side. That is: page 1 on monitor A, page 2 on monitor B next to it. Like when reading a book!. Then I click next page and I see page 3 on monitor A, page 4 on monitor B, and so on.

How can I do that? Is it possible that such common sense feature is not implemented?

thank you

If you have the two monitors set as an extended desktop rather than a clone, you can open the Reader window across both of them (don't maximize it - manually drag the corners). Then view the PDF in 2-up non-continuous style and you get what you want, give or take a slight sideways bias towards the center margin.
