I have a document I would like to use for my job. I only have a copy and I am able to scan into my computer. I know scanning just takes a picture of the document. What I would like to know is there such a software that I could use to send the document to and be able to use document to enter data into. Making it a workable document.

You need Acrobat Professional. You can scan the page, convert the image to text using an OCR engine, and add form fields.
