Is there a way to time limit the opening of a .pdf? I would like to be able to distribute some disks with a price book on it in .pdf but but I want to limit the number of times that it can be opened or have the opening expire after a certain number of days. Is there anyway of building this into a .pdf? I have Acrobat 8.0

This site has two examples that should solve your issue. Look for September and November 2004 journal editions on Nagware. These issues of their journal contain a zipped PDF file you can download, examine, and modify.

Keep in mind that these examples will not work in forms developed with LiveCycle Designer.

The articles were interesting but even when copying and pasting, I still get error messages. This just doesn't work. Sorry.
