fadded effect while pasting screenshot in photoshop

Hi,

The problem that I am facing is, when I take a screenshot and paste it in adobe photoshop, it changes the original color and gives fadded effct. But pasting the same screenshot in mspaint or word is perfect. Please let me know how to fix this issue.
