Filename when saving from Acrobat browser plugin

I have created an application that creates PDF files on the fly and sends them to a browser. In the browser, the file opens in the Acrobat plugin. However, when the user tries to save the file to disk, Acrobat suggests a filename based on the URL - which is very long and nasty. Is there a way to tell Acrobat which filename to use?
