Headers/Footers Issue

The Help Resource Center for Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard states the following for Headers and Footers:

"Note: You can combine text with dates and page numbers. You can also add several lines of text to an entry. Text typed in the Left, Center, and Right boxes appears left-aligned, centered, and right-aligned, respectively."

However, when I add text to the right box, it is not right-aligned, but left-aligned instead. I cannot find an option to right-align the text in the right box. The left box correctly aligns the text (left-aligned).

[Edited to add: Actually, the center box is left-aligned also. Argh!]

[Added for clarification: The text boxes are putting the text in the correct location, but the alignment of the text is left-aligned. This is noticable upon entering more than one line of text. The older versions of Adobe Acrobat did not have this problem.]

I don't want to have to manually align the text with spaces just to get the text flush with the right margin. It looks horrible, anyway (lol). Any suggestions?

Here's an example of my problem. The older versions of Acrobat aligned the text according to the box location, as such:

Left Box Center Box Right Box

Adobe Acrobat 8 left-aligns the text no matter which box, as such:

Left Box Center Box Right Box

Acrobat 8's instructions (Help Resource Center) say that each box has its respective alignment, but this isn't true. Am I missing something?
