HElP ACROBAT 9 PROFESSIONAL

Hi everybody!
 
I'm new here and I need help about Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional.
I cannot create a .pdf file while working on my own billing management software.
First of all:
OS: Windows XP SP3
RAM: 1GB
Disk Space: 60 GB
I am a user on a LAN and I don't have Administration permission:I called my LAN admin but..
 
I always receive the same error:
 
Impossibile creare il file delle risorse "ADOBE PDF":
 
C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\[username]\Adobe\AdobePDF\Setting\*.joboption
E' necessario disporre dei privilegi di Amministratore per installare tali file.
 
Can anyone help me??I need to create PDF

You need to have wirte privilages to the job options settings folder "C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\[username]\Adobe\AdobePDF\Setting\*.joboption"

I have all privileges in this folder,in the pdf printer, and in all Adobe folders and it doesn't work.
Thanks for suggestion.
I think i will call assistance very soon.
