help converting multiple files into pdf's

Hi I need to find a programme that when i drop various folders into it and process etc they convert into pdf and keep the folders structure for the output.

Not sure if it can be done but would appreciate any help

Unfortunately Distiller will remove the folder structure when using Watched Folders. You may need to look for a 3rd party solution.
