Using Acrobat 9, I received an interactive form that simply states to fill out and send back. However, when I type information in the form fields, everything I typed disappears. I have scoured this site for an answer, but can't find what I am looking for. Many apologies if this has been asked and answered. Please just point me in the right direction.
