How to extract the text from a Pdf, with corresponding to the different articles in that pdf(ie if a Pdf of a newpaper is taken for consideration,the text extraction should be done article wise)?

You could save the PDF as a Word doc and edit it in Word.

If the security properties for the PDF will allow, try using the Select text tool, select the text and paste it into your word processor.
