Hi,

The issue I have is most of the time when I click on a pdf link on Internet Explorer, I doesn't work and I have to press F5 to refresh the page, and sometime, after 5 times it works, sometime 2 refresh .I have Acrobat Professional 9 with the last update. I do not have any other version on my computer. Do you have any idea what's wrong ?

Thanks in advance

Pablo

Check Tools >Internet options > Advanced and ensure the option to enable third party extensions is on under Browsing.

Another thing to try is Open Acrobat, go to Edit > Preferences > Internet, deselect "display pdf in browser" hit O.K.

Hi,

I have tried your solution but still, sometime I have the same issue, an empty windows with a "?" . If a retry, it works

Can you un-install and re-install Acrobat? Then check Edit > Preferences > Internet, deselect "display pdf in browser". The 1st time you click a PDF and IE asks you to Save or Open, click OPEN.
