I know how to link to another document and specific page in adobe acrobat 6.0, but how do I do the same thing in adobe acrobat 8.0 professional?

I want to open the other document to a specific page and in a new window.

The actions changed in the Action tab beginning in Acrobat 7. You no longer have Go to a page in another document appearing in the Select Action pull-down menu.

In Acrobat 7 and 8, use the Go to a page view action. When you click the Add button, the Create Go to View dialog box opens. Leave this dialog open and open the file you want to link to. Navigate to the page you want to open from the link and click Set Link in the Create Go to View dialog box. (note that the dialog box remains open permitting you to open/close files, navigate pages, and set views until you click the Set Link button).
