We just upgraded out Windows XP professional to service pack 2 to address a security flaw. Since then, I am losing all formatting when converting excel to PDF. If there are no fonts, then the PDF retains all the formatting. I have Adobe Acrobat 6.0 standard.

Did you upgrade your Acrobat 6.0 ???
Some issues in PDF Maker are fixed in later versions (6.x).
