Loupe tool

I am running Acrobat Pro Extended ver 9.2 using Vista on an iMac. The Loupe tool does not work. Recently I was in a classroom with six iMacs running Windows XP and Acrobat 9, and again--the Loupe tool did not work. It did work when we brought up Acrobat 8 on another iMac running XP.

Is this a known bug? Is there a fix?

Sounds like this could be a Graphics Acceleration GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) issue. Here is a [url=http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/405/kb405218.php#h2]list of supported cards[/url] and detail on how to change your preferences associated with this.
