Outlook 2003
Acrobat Professional 8.0 with all new updates.
I have an issue when one of my users try's to send a PDF to E-mail as an attachment. When he goes to send the email a message box will appear with the following:
"Operation Failed due to Network or Communication Problems..." This will happen randomly with no rhyme or reason. Then Outlook freezes and I have to ctl+atl+del to end the process and restart. He then will do everything all over again and it will go through. It will work for a day or so then it will happen again or it will happen a few times a day.
Any ideas at all? I've been searching the web and have found nothing. Any help would be very appreciated.
1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Select Tools > Email Accounts.
3. Select "View or change existing email account".
4.Click Next and select Email Account.
5. Click Change.
6. Select “Use cached exchange mode”.
7. Click Next and then click Finish.
