Hello,
I am new to using acrobat 9. If you were a newbie how would you start learning? Any resources you could suggest.
Thanks,
Damian

There are so many online videos, if that is how you enjoy learning. Here are a few I am finding helpful:

http://tv.adobe.com/show/acrobat-tips-and-tricks/

www.lynda.com
www.5min.com

Each has its strengths, and the cumulative group has been helpful. Of course, they show the feature in the 'perfect world' with a perfect sample document, but you get the idea.

That should get you started.

Hope that helps.

I have 2 questions that maybe someone can help with

I have an old version - Acrobat pro 4 - and use it a little - but am not very lit with it.
I find however that my security settings to prevent copy and paste on our documents are overridden by people using Acrobat reader 9

Is there anything I can do?

I use Distiller to convert to pdf. (but dont ask me why or what that is !)

2nd question

If there is nothing I can do - if I purchase ver 6, 7 or 8 would this enable me to prevent copy and paste by version 9 reader users?
