My presenter froze when I used publish and Adobe pdf like I had done many times. I have uninstalled all microsoft office, word, and enterprise, and adobe acrobat 9 and presenter and re-downloaded and re-installed several times now and still Power point doesn't open with presenter - just regular Adobe, even though everybody acted like installs went through fine. I was suppose to post lectures at noon and now it's midnight.

I've spend hours with university chat help and Adobe useless help.

Can somebody help me!!!!!

Have you tried these steps as taken from the Presenter add-in for PowerPoint is disabled after repairing Presenter installation technical note?

PowerPoint 2007

1. Click the Office PowerPoint button (top left)> PowerPoint Options > Add-ins.
2. Click the Manage menu, select Disabled Items, and then click Go.
3. In the Disabled Items dialog box, click the Presenter add-in, and then click Enable.
4. Click Close.

If the above doesn't work then use this:

1. Click the Office PowerPoint button (top left) > PowerPoint Options > Add-ins.
2. Click the Manage menu, select Disabled Items, and then click Go.
3. Select Adobe Presenter Powerpoint COM Add-in from the list and write down the path from the Location field.
4. Click Remove.
5. Click Add and navigate to the MenuLauncher.dll file at the location you wrote down in step 3.
6. Click OK and OK again

PowerPoint 2003

1. Click Help > About Microsoft Office PowerPoint > Disabled Items.
2. In the Disabled Items dialog box, click the Presenter add-in, and then click Enable.
3. Click Close.
