No Status Bar

I don't have a status bar in Acrobat 9--and I don't see any way to enable it.

What gives? Am I just missing the option? (If so, where is it?)

My Product Information:
Acrobat, Windows

Thanks, but that doesn't do it. This is Acrobat 9 Pro. With or without that option, opening up the interface with or without a document doesn't show a status bar.

I've been through all the menus and options. I'm beginning to suspect they eliminated the status bar in Acrobat 9. That would be a big mistake though. There's important information in there as you are viewing a document, and it's a useful facility.

Any other ideas? Has anyone seen the status bar in Acrobat 9 (pro)?

Here's a picture of it (bottom of the window) on Acrobat 7. Where is this on Acrobat 9?

Thanks! That's great. It turns out you can then move that to the bottom and configure the "status bar" area with any of the toolbars/controls you want.

I just wish they had configured it "as before" by default!
