No WinXP File Thumbnail

just upgraded to acrobat v8 professional. when I save files, WinXP no longer displays the file's thumbnail in the Windows folder as it did under v7. Is there a file/save default that needs to be set?

Hi msimmonsscgov.net,

Have you checked to see if "Views" in the Windows file explorer is set to Thumbnails?
