Numbering Book style, with Inverted Text or glow?

Hey guys!
So, I am a Graphic Designer in Santa Fe New Mexico, and I have recently been designing ad's for a whole catalog, mainly on art gallery's and artist. I was recently asked to put the whole magazine together in Acrobat (I have 8 pro) for the printers up in Denver. Now, I Have not used acrobat much, but I basic understanding of it.

One of the things I need to do is put page numbers on all the files. Now normally no problem but all the pages (All 156 of them) are full color.

I was wondering if there is any way to number the pages in a way where it inverts the layer behind it so if one of the pages are black, or while, or any color really, it dose not disappear in the background.

Or maybe on easy way to put a light glow on it? I'm not sure what to do, to accomplish this, but there must be a way.

Also, I was not able to figure out a way to make the page numbers show up on the right lower corner every other page (book number style).

Thanks guys! hope I can return the favor. =)

Hi,

It may be that you'll need to establish your desired page numbering formating/layout in your authoring application.
With the edits in place you could output a PDF that reflects the authoring file's format/layout.

While something like Acrobat's Button tool could provide a means of adding the representation of page numbers, these tools lack the sophisication available in a design/layout application.

Be well...

Hmmmm... But no way to invert it? That's weird. Surely there must be a way.
