Hello,

Is it possible to open Adobe Reader application from another application and jump to a specified page in a PDF?
I mean not to open the Reader in another app(OLE) but to open Reader externally as a separate OS window? I know IAC supports OLE but what about a separate OS window?

You can open a PDF from a command shell using the Open Parameters. You can pass the parameters to the open command using the /A switch with the following syntax:
/A "=" ""You can also go to a numbered page within the PDF using the Open Parameters.

There is more information in the following documentation Parameters for Opening PDF Files.
