Organizer & losing fields and data while combining documents

I recently discovered the Acrobat "Organizer" feature, which I thought was a very happy discovery. It looked as if it would help achieve many of my objectives in re generating multiple completed forms by combining them with a master data form.

However, when I test combining documents with my master form in Organizer, the master form is stripped of many of its fields and that data is lost during the process of combining the documents. This leaves me with the thought of "what good is it." Must I still go through the process of inserting documents one-by-one to avoid this loss of data and fields?

I am replying to my own post in an attempt to elicit a response. Can anyone tell me please if it is a common occurrence (I call it a defect) that the "Organizer" feature on the file menu causes fields and data to be stripped from a pdf during the process of combining pdf files in Organizer.

The Organizer appears to have some nice attributes, but this stripping of fields defeats my objective and I would like to know if there is a remedy for the problem. Thank you in advance for your input.

Organizer has been removed from the Acrobat X Family, as it had a number of issues (one of which you have already found). Users are not advised to create workflows that rely upon it, as any such process will be impossible should they upgrade to the current version.
