Paper size for document printout

Is there any way to specify different paper sizes for each page for printing a document with varying page sizes? I have an appendix document that contains pages from multiple sources. Some would best be printed on letter paper and other pages that need 11x17 for readability.

Accepted Answer
In the File > Properties > Advanced tab, you can set the Paper Source by Page Size. This will pre-populate the Print Dialog so this option is automatically selected.
