can someone tell me what language(s) pdf-1.4 thru pdf-1.7 are written in? I need to fix a problem with a perl parser that is used to find the page count of documents on unix platform. PDF-1.2 and 1.3 appear to be standard postscript language, but I cant find a parsable pattern in the later versions.
