PDF to Word and PDF to HTML Conversion

Hello:

I'm using Acrobat 8 Pro.

I have a PDF document with 7 pages. When I try to convert to Word, I only get the first five pages converted and the formatting is all over the place.

When I try to convert to HTML, I get all the pages, but the formatting is off.

How can I convert the PDF to Word and HTML with the formatting in place?

I'm using Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional and when converting forms from pdf to Word, the forms are not formatted correctly. I've read that the tagging of the Word document has something to do with the quality of the output, but I'm not familiar with tagging. I'd appreciate some help with this topic. Thanks.
