i use Acrobat 9 Pro Windows. My PDFs don't show previews, anything I don't do right? i tried reinstalling

Your Organizer database may be damaged. Can you try the instructions here to see if it restores your icons: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/407/kb407750.html
