Hi

I need a help on searching a keyword inside multiple PDFs.i know its possible with acrobat 7 or 8.

what i need is that , the path it searching for is already set (like > C:\mypdfs, D:\yourPdfs).

The users that come up with the search keyword is not that computer literate,

I have a software interface for putting the keyword for user, So what i need to know , can i pass this keyword and that predefined search path to Acrobat reader? so that Acrobat get the path and the keyword automatically with out any user input.
can i use PDX file for this purpose?

There is an example in the Samples Guide on the Developer Center that describes how to communicate with the Search plug-in through its DDE interface. The DDE interface allows external applications to manage indices and initiate queries.
