Premiere Elements 3.0 shutting down

When I load a file in Premiere Element3.0 to edit or load to a DVD dosc the programme displays a message "found a problem and must shut down will attempt to save programme. I have tried to repair programme amd remove amd re install to no avail any ideas what I can do?
