I have two printing questions:
1. In 9 Pro, when I listed page numbers in the print range section of the dialog box, the preview in the lower right would change to the pages entered. That way, I could double check and make sure I got what I wanted. Now, when I enter page numbers, the preview is still of the entire document. How can I change this to see a preview of only the pages I want to print?
2. I often need to print PDF documents created from PowerPoint slides. When I print these (in B&W), the color backgrounds on the slides print as very saturated and use up a great deal of toner. Is there any way to avoid printing those backgrounds?
Thanks in advance for your collective wisdom.
Try printing the slides as grayscale instead of B&W. Select the Advanced button in the Print menu and then select Composite Gray from under the Color pulldown.
