If I have bookmarks in the PDF, I always use the "Bookmarks Panel & Page" option. When I open the PDF from the website, the first time, it always shows the bookmarks but if I then close the bookmarks panel, subsequent viewings of that same PDF file do not show the bookmarks. Is there a setting that I can use so that the bookmarks panel either
cannot be closed or the bookmarks will always appear, even after you have closed the panel?
I am using Adobe Acrobat 5/6 and viewing in various Adobe versions (Acrobat/Reader 5,6,7,8)

I tested Adobe again and have an additional question -- Although the "Bookmarks Panel & Page" is set, when I open the PDF file in Adobe Reader 8 (for the first time), I am not seeing the bookmarks at all. These PDF files were created in Acrobat 5 or 6 and I can view the bookmarks in all other versions (5,6,7) expect Reader 8. Any assistance would be great. Thanks,
