Recently, 2 email recipients were unable to open PDFs that I created (using the Print function in Word) and emailed to them. Any ideas where the problem might lie and how I might resolve? Does it matter that I may have used an older version of Adobe to create? I'm on an IMac OSX 10.4.11. Thank you!
