Hi,
I hope this hasn't been covered off already. I've just started to get "Invalid Page Range" error every time I try to rotate a page (in Acrobat Pro 8.1.2). Never had this happen before - and it happens in every document no matter how created. I haven't updated/downloade or otherwise changed the installation. It kind of feels that this is a software bug - I'm not a sophisticated user - I don't tinker around with basic settings!
Please, can anyone help. I'm a heavy user of this function, and I'm very frustrated.

Which page range are you trying to rotate?

Hi,
Good question!In fact, I'm not actually normally specifying a page range per se. I just open the doc, first page displays per usual, and i select "Document - Rotate Pages.." with the intent to rotate the first page (which is the default selection on the Rotate Pages box anyway). That's when it all falls apart! But, after your question, I've discovered that the rotation works for EVERY page except first page!! Very weird! Any suggestions to fix? Thanks very much.

Do you have any media embedded in this page? Or anything else different from the rest of the pages?

try67, Thanks for response. No. No media embedded that I'm aware of. This error happens now with every single document I open in Acrobat - irrespective of source, generated by me or others. I've tried probably a dozen documents of various origin. All bring up this error when page rotation (of first page attempted). I'm a bit surprised that no-one at Adobe has responded to this error yet (I've reported it....but no response). I guess Adobe's customer service is lacking badly - all tinsel, and no Christmas tree!

Hi Ozcelt,
i had same problem with my Acrobat.
Solution is to select ''Even and Odd Pages'' at Page Range.

Ozcelt, don't fee bad. I had the same problem and the same solution fixed it for me. I just wish Adobe would not set the default to "Even pages only" as a default. It also should not even be a choice when you only have one page selected.
